Riaz Express delivers to Switzerland and Europe. Delivery time and cost depend on where your product ships from, and this is always shown on the product page.

Products shipped from Switzerland (K-Beauty, Natural Care, Health & Wellness)
• Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days
• Carrier: Swiss Post, with tracking
• Shipping costs: calculated at checkout

Products shipped from our partner warehouses (Silk, Cashmere, Running Shoes, Eye Care, Christmas Gifts and other collections)
• Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days
• Shipping: free, no minimum order
• Tracked delivery

Orders with products from both groups: your items may arrive in separate parcels. Shipping costs apply only to the products shipped from Switzerland.

Tracking: as soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Import charges: products shipped from partner warehouses outside Switzerland may, in some cases, be subject to import VAT or customs fees collected by the carrier on delivery.
